- Health & Wellness Blogs: Expert-led articles offering advice on exercise, meditation, and self-care, helping students adopt healthier habits and lifestyles.
- Guided Meditation & Exercise Routines: Step-by-step visual guides for practicing mindfulness, reducing stress, and staying physically active.
