Key features include: - Freedom Wall: A student-driven space for anonymous sharing, where users can express their thoughts, struggles, and motivational messages, encouraging emotional expression and peer support. - Health & Wellness Blogs: Expert-led articles offering advice on exercise, meditation, and self-care, helping students adopt healthier habits and lifestyles. - Guided Meditation & Exercise Routines: Step-by-step visual guides for practicing mindfulness, reducing stress, and staying physically active. - Self-Care Challenges: Fun, daily and weekly challenges to motivate students toward better mental and physical health.
